This release covers updates to SMS analytics, the dialer, spam notifications, and the mobile app, plus another round of CRM improvements.
SMS Link Analytics
If you're using link shortening in your campaigns, you can now see how those links are performing. A dedicated analytics section shows click count, click-through rate, and overall link performance per campaign.
Dialer UI
The call popup has been redesigned across incoming calls, outgoing calls, and active call modals. It's cleaner and easier to navigate during live calls.
Spam Detection Alerts
When the first SMS in a send is marked undelivered due to spam filtering, you'll now receive an email notification. This is capped at one email per day so it doesn't flood your inbox, but gives you an early heads-up to investigate and take action.
The app has been upgraded with better call performance, support for managing multiple incoming calls at once, seamless switching between calls, and Android self-managed call support. Real-time chat message status updates are now live in the app too, so you no longer need to reopen a chat to see if a message was delivered or read. You'll also see indicators in the All Chats view for pending AI messages, and AI chat feedback collection has been added. Support tickets can now be raised directly from within the app.
On the lead management side, the import flow has two new additions: pagination on the Import Progress Report table (which helps a lot for large imports), and an email summary sent after each import completes. If you update a custom status name, it now syncs automatically across all leads using that status — no manual cleanup needed. Lead information updates also now sync through to the corresponding funding records.
The dashboard has been updated to show counts for Defaulted and Other status categories. Dynamic statuses that are already assigned to leads can no longer be deleted, which prevents data from getting orphaned. Credit Pull error handling has also been improved — if credentials aren't configured, you'll see a clear message instead of a silent failure.
